Astoria Regatta Court Mentoring Program

It’s More than Parades

The Regatta Mentorship Program

matches each member of the Royal Court with a woman who has been

chosen for her success as a leader in the local

community. Each Court member has a relationship

with her mentor throughout her time on the Court.

This allows the Court member and her Mentor

to develop a lasting relationship to help the Court member

as she transitions from high school to her next adventure in life.

Becoming an Astoria Regatta Mentor

To qualify as a Mentor, you must be:

  • Female

  • Employed full time through August 31 of the coming year

    3. Job shadow day, organized by Mentor

    4. Personal choice activity

    5. Coronation ceremony in August

Mentors will be selected based on criteria including: available commitment level to the program, previous mentoring experience, and enthusiasm in developing a relationship with her Court member.
